Hmm any builder could make one of those, I personally think it's too much messing about for what you gain. Insulation would probably be a good idea on a unit like that :p:.
It's a good idea, but I mean... IIRC dry ice has been used on BH-5 ram before and it gained quite a bit I think, but that was BH-5. Nowerdays I doubt it would gain much. Noone has ever really took ram cooling that seriously IMO.

I remember that VR experiment. They showed pretty conclusively that putting ram under phase has no gains.
