Yep AMD has chosen not to take risks rather to develop along conservative and rational lines. Reducing the risk to the company as much as possibleQuote:

I'm not sure if they meant the K10 in this?
What!!
The interview is very long. There is about 5-10 minutes where they explain how well the new tech overclocks. Although it's in English I couldn't work out if it was the R600, new chipset or the K10..or all 3.Quote:

Even interviews were under NDA, no wonder the lack of leaked info about K10.
Wow, still no one has ES chips to show off their performance =(
Glad to see AMD getting back.
Yeah it's been a long time we haven't heard about anything from AMD wchich could beat current Conroes and Kentsfield.
You have to wonder if quad desktop chips will not arrive alot earlier than expected. Perhaps they will launch with R600?
ill be glad to hear of AMD getting back on track. I think ill always be an AMD guy at heart.
Me too the last Intel CPU I owned was a Pentium II :p:
The end of the year is too long for some of us. I wish they would push it a little earlier.
I don't mind I can wait even a year :DQuote:

Personally, I'm not buying a new platform until DDR3 is in full swing. I'm skipping DDR2 in it's entirety. I mean, I'm this close now, might as well wait that little extra when there's not much of a gain for me to upgrade right now.
Either way, AMD definitely didn't wait too long to pounce back, considering how long it took intel to strike back on the A64.
DDR2 hardly is a bottleneck to anything, so whats the hurry with DDR3? :p:
more capacity, lower latency, lower power usage, higher bandwidth, and lots more :DQuote:

When do they say that? I can only understand the English version, and all I heard was "Barcelona has already been announced just on Monday in the US."Quote:
