Then I must have missed it =P
In that case, congrats on the pi times that is very fast for non 975x, try to pull sub 13m with sub 3.6Ghz, 2:3 with Ram at 600, multi 9. ^^

it will never happen unless he can run 700MHz 5-3-3Quote:

I think its worth a try on 680i, too bad I don't have a board.
And eva: 5-3-3 is an interesting pickup, I didn't know it is this fast until I saw your tests :D
for now 680i is still a bit behind from 965p at least ... but who knows :D
waaaaa... I like these memory.. :)
you can push to 2.5 volts and your still inside the OVP warranty.. :) OCZ is great.. :)
As usual, i"m always impressed by eva'sQuote:

Great deal on newegg on ocz OCZ EL DDR2 PC2-8800 / 1100MHz / Gold Edition $194 after mir.
Thinking about buying but wonder if the timing will run anywhere near that VX2
off topic but you got more than 90% chance to hit DDR1100 Cas4 (you got warranty up to 2.52V) but hitting same trimmings like eva , you wont be able to do it even with an identical kitQuote:

Sorry about going off topic, thanks for the link!
eva this is the time I got at 4Ghz with my Supertalent's PC6400C5:toast:
:toast: very nice results indeed.. what is the voltage you use?? :)
congrats man what cpu cooling/vcore used ?Quote:

The timmings are the same.I'll try again when I'll have some time.
still very nice though :)Quote:

Here's what they did with 2.5v though. No doubt I could have tightened up the sub timmings alot more but was just going for max clocks.

Yeah voltage may kill even if it's within warranty terms. I try to keep benching vdimm to 2.5v vdimm max and usually stay below 2.3-2.35v.
Touch wood that my modules seem to get better with age.. or probably I've had more time tweaking them i.e. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=136258 :)
Bringing this back from the grave....Eva, would you still prefer the VX2 over the OCZ Reaper HPC PC2 9200? I havent figure out yet if I will go with the Striker or a DFI mobo (I like DFI a lot) so I am trying to solve the memory dilema first.

Awesome! No cold boot issues here right? I used to have the other OCZ VX Gold and while I loved its performance (250 @ 2-2-2) the cold boot was driving me nuts.
Thanks again for this
