Indeed. I have yet to score closer then 300 poitns in 06 to XP. While im up for tweaking I just haven't touched it yet.

but remember tweaked Vista cant even touch tweaked XP

that is mostly because of:
1) lack of tweak development time
2) The prefetch tracker log, that gets in the way
3) The huge amount of crap you have to wade through to tweak it

Ya I know a tweaked Vista will be better then XP, I just haven't had the time to figure out what does what really. Hope to do so though at least figure out where the tweaking comes into play that is.

Gameplay is also not as good as on XP, kinda lagging. Might be also because of poor X-fi drivers.

OMFG
With the new 101.41 driver and the ability to overclok GPU. I tested quick 3dmark2003 with all 24/7 E6600@3900 and single 8800gtx@650/2100 and guess what, i was shocked, openGL performance is far beyond imagination improved - 45k with single card OMG with no soft optimizations i.e LODs or priorities and pci@100mhz

Under XP with much more overclock 670/2160 ,4050mhz CPU, 130mhz PCI-e and all tweaks + lod - little above 39k
now 45 with first run. Tomorrow i'll try to bench a little :)
