Don't be afraid for me :D. I just wonder why Team and their wonderful memories don't manage to reach 700MHz :fact: .Quote:

Nice.........
wow!...
Fastzz.....
to Jmax_oc,
I don't know why u always mention " WR " here.
anyone want's to use 512m*2 or 1g*1 these days ?
or...use LN2 or some super_cold air/water cooling ur ram?
we are talking about new products review but not xtreme overclk here, ok ?
I don't think 700mhz with bad bad timings are faster than 650mhz 4-3-3-x/4-4-4-x.
But I like to see lower volt. stable at ddr2-1200.
for this pair of Geil 9600es 1G*2
I need only 2.7v to reach 1300 4-3-3-8 1m on nv680i.
2.15v 1200 5-5-5-x pi_32m on P5B-Deluxe
isn't that good ?
for Overclking, do we need a 700mhz 3.2v ram to achieve spi/3dmark WR ?
of course not.
but to run faster, 500mhz 3-3-3-x, 600mhz 4-4-4-x is what we concern, right ?
mean no offence, ur 700mhz+ records are impressive.
I started this thread as a Pre-Review but not a XS ram overclking.
sorry.
Hey Jmax we all know that you are a MHZ guy more that a high score guy and that is pretty obvious with your only 2X1GB run that clearly shows relaxed timings and even relaxed sub timings could be there but we can’t see to judge on the other hand other people 24/7 or benchers prefer the best possible performance and that come with C4 and C3 +you are the only one who uses very high RAS to Cas and Ras prechargeQuote:

After all know offense and sorry to crap Victor thread (if it is not OK with Victor please delete that post and the previous one )
Hey guys I am getting some ram that does 2-1-1-1 at 2000 pretty soon, and by soon I mean in about 10years or so :D
I just speak about current wr since I read too many time members saying that Team is the best memory whereas Team isn't the best manufacturer.Quote:

On NF6 platform, I just would like to make a little precision on it : high scores on nf6 will never impress me since there is a sort of higher latency from the chipset like the 1333 strap on Badaxe.
It explains why there s only on nf6 that you manage to get a 4-3-3- over 600MHz.
Concerning my score over 700MHz, look at my bench with 2.45V and 2x1GB sticks... It's a very cool voltage (2.45V) and a classical ammount of memory (2GB)
First of all, you are wrong : how can you said I have never test D9GMH sticks ??? I may have tested 5 differents stick of D9GMH :DQuote:

Finally, I just would like to read Victorwang results on my favorite brand manufacturer without being hurted each time by you
more test:
2.2v ddr2-1120 4-3-3-8-2T dual_pi_32m+sp2004 running at same time.

2.3v ddr2-1156 4-3-3-8-2T dual_pi_32m+sp2004 running at same time.

:slobber: NICE!
Nice Job Victor:toast:
And also awesome ram:eek:
but i also wonder how long it can last at that high frequency and voltage:confused:
Nice RAM you got there. Will be interesting to see wether it makes it into retail or not.
When I first saw the pictures I was a little surprised, because one of the main reasons for DDR2 developement was to make the ram run at a lower operating voltage, so it stays cooler and needs less power.
Now we already are at DDR1 stock voltage, assuming those sticks can handle the voltage over time.
:D I suggest using 1200, 5-5-5-15 with 2.2v, that will be cool enough :D
I Just got home and found a fed ex package containing 2x1gb GeILPC2-9600..
Only difference there is is the sticker.. Mine says:
DDR2-1200
GX22GB9600-ES
GeIL Power User
Limited Edition
^^
Ill post testing results soon..
Regards
:toast: cool ! waiting for ur results :DQuote:

victor those orthos blend and super pi tests combined are my kind of drug for stability, very nicley done, that's how users should present stuff that we can actually use unconditionally and at good volts too..
nice
raja
Ill be posting em after next week. Since next week I got exams nd stuff at school.Quote:

Great to see some info on the Geil's... I am about to grab a set of their 8500's (GX22GB8500PDC) and haven't been able to find much info on them, so this review has been encouraging.
x3ro... you're one fortunate young fella!
if they can actually stock retail kits that will do that then that is amazing.
are they hot to the touch ? HR-07 is needed !!! :)
Really nice gift from GEIL ;)
regards
If they warranty this stuff, maybe memory can safely take higher voltages than we thought.
howfar can you get these sticks with 3-3-3-9 and 2.45V? Could you please test that for me?:-)
