Perhaps it's just me, and perhaps things will change as people start exploring the options, but what I get from this review and Tony's initial feedback in the Intel forum is:

1. Insane amount of BIOS options.
2. Overall performance falls between existing boards.

Am I off-base on this?

About right.

Keep in mind that this has async ram clocking though.

What i mean is that in my case it performs the same as my P5B deluxe at 450x8 1:1.

But, with this board you can run 450x8 and have the DDR at 600MHZ. Something i cannot even touch on the P5b. So you can get more performance out of it that way.

Big plus compared to P5B. Would like to see the difference between for example 11x363 1:1 and 8x500 mem 363, same timings.

what is CPU VID special max? some percentage of voltage?
anyways, so far so good! beats asus 680i!
i'm worried about max fsb and the usual bios bugs.

MAX=>1.6V x 121.25%=>1.94V :)

Seems like they could have made the addition voltage read as 1-3v or so instead of percentage, would be easier.
