just find some LN2 :D
Yes of course buddy :) It would be a great solution.
BTW I hardly want to try with ethylene first. I'll send this X6800 back, but I'll have the opportunity to test again with a E6700; I hope to be lucky this time!
Ok; that's still not a sub 10s... but a nice 10.000s flat @ "only" 5025MHz :D

Very Great Opti :jap:
:toast: :toast:

Thank you both! :)
I woke up early this morning to try it once more prior to do some stability testing on some chips for a French shop. (Nice E6600's which do 3.6GHz @1.32V watercooled :D )
So, I've suceeded in benching up to 5040MHz but not in broking that F*ck*ng 10s barrier until one of my great STT Before's Xtrem RAM stick fried... WTF where's my luck? Who stole it to me? :slapass:
BTW I'm waiting for a package of RAM kits in the mid week. Will see!
LOL ! :lol:Quote:

I might have one or two more to try... :)
Enjoy your holidays buddy!
Hi Xavier,
Did you tested the E6600 L627B156?

@psy4fun: I've tested the 5 E6600 for watercooling.fr
The best one did 3708MHz@1.320V watercooled. :slobber: :D Check my blog for other tests.

I've recieved today the container from my fellow Crazy Boy... It has been prepared by Jokker and slightly lapped by myself. God job Jokker! :D
The X6800 might feel the taste of LNē very soon if I manage to find a good motherboard. :p:

Very nice clocks! Any cores disabled by chance?
Great container! :thup: Sub 10 would be easy breezy for you- sub 9 is your goal. :D
Beautiful container !!! Great job :toast:Quote:

A nice board for ur X6800 or E6600, both? :D
buy a P5B-E and 600...
@Leon2sky: Thx! You can disable a core with setting numproc of boot.ini file.
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOW S
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Micro soft Windows" /noexecute=AlwaysOff /fastdetect /numproc=1
@Gautam: Thank you bro! :toast: You know me... sub 9s is my goal of course; BTW I'll be happy enough with a 9.XXXs time as well. :p: I've received your PM; BTW it's 1AM so I'll send you a reply tomorrow. :)
@bob: Thx a lot! Jokker has done a heck of a job, the container is a beauty! I'm sure it'll be powerful.
@Littledevil: Thx buddy! I'll give a call on Monday for the LN² ;)
@cpull: right! I hardly need one... a P965 C2! :D
No need to have a P965 C1 to break 600-620 and with a C2 if your cpu hates high FSB...
Great job as always dude ;) :toast:
Hehe very nice.
Benching over 600CAS4 with 2x1Gb stick may give us a 0.05s boost :D
Your optimisations are impressive !
Thx guys :D
So; I've finally found a P5B-E Plus 1.02G with a C2 rev of P965. I hope to receive it very soon so that I'll be able to do some nice Spi benchies under LNē before christmas.
Prior to find it, I was PMed by boblemagnifique who proposed to lend me his 580FSB TForce... That's very kind of him; so I would like to express my sincere appreciation to him. :toast:
before what do u thinking is better Biostar 965PT C2, or Asus 965 C2 P5B-E plus? I'm in opportunity to switch from PT to P5B-E but I can't test it before.
