I like this board layout, i think its a good choice if you want great performance for a single card pc, should score good enough to please most of us, also asus is a brand i really like.

yeah id like to know whether 8800gtS SLI would be ok on 8x8x ...

a dude in this link (blue falcon) has old sli board with 2 8800gts's...i'm guessing it runs ok but is bottlenecked (maybe by 8x8X???????) aswell as bottlenecked by cpu...as is my sig.
but as many people keep telling me, cpu bottlenecks disappear at higher graphics settings and higher resolutions as the gcard gets bogged down in extra eye candy calculations. With my current sig. setup i cannot run some games at lower graphic settings ...it's like the gcard is going too fast for the cpu and the my comp just freaks and crashes....now only high g settings will enable me to play....if i got another gts for example and kept this lil 3500 cpu i think i would have to run games at very high res. just so the cpu could keep up. of course seeing is believing...
About 3% slower than in 16x + 16x or less, since SLI32 runs on 2 bridges (northbridge and southbridge connected thru Hyper Transport) and SLI16 runs on northbridge alone.Quote:
