It is test for nothing, pretty old bad MoBo, bad overclockable Kensfield ES, lot of pictures says nothing. Sorry, but in this post is not nothing to interest.

There are not many other people (if not none) that test their hardware so thorough as eva does. If there's nothing interesting in it for you please just read on.Quote:

Continue your work plz EVA2000, for everyone else who does like what he's reading and what you're trying to investigate.

@ t-break looks like dvdshrink takes advantage of the 4 cores,

anyone have a link to system tools? nice work eva .
thanks loc.o and thorgal
It's nice that this thread is appreciated :)
I've swapped my E6600 out and Q6600 back in for some X1900CF/X1900XTX testing for now. Asus P5B Deluxe has been ordered and awaiting delivery and also eVGA 680i and eVGA 8800GTX samples for review/testing are on the books as well so pre-Xmas fun is coming :D :toast:
Ah yes dvdshrink tests...amazing how this old app can take advantage of 4 cores too! Will get around to dvdshrink tests with the same dvd again http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=107518 for you a little later :)Quote:

I had been looking information whether badaxe 1 support kentsfield.
Heya eva, you may want to check out my own investigation though the BIOS I used is older so I am really not sure about how similar or different it will be compared to yours.
You can find my investigation here: http://sleektech.nl/~dm/review/intel...x-note-04.html
You may want to check the previous and succeeding pages. Good luck.
Btw, if you want to break 350FSB++, use Bad Axe 2 :)
Here's my multi-only overclock
