muh..... doesn't impress me the least.

Thats not even GPU qualities they are showing there. just a artist who slaved HOURS and HOURS to get the bump map/however you wanna call it in order.

The eyes are "just" a normal shader used by about every single 3DsMax user with a few twists to it...

Seriusly it doesn't impress me one dam bit.

Now a "fluid" demo, with glowing fluids or some sorth dancing and twisting and shapeshifting etc now THAT could impress me of its shader qualities and rendering performance not to mention quality of picture.

This i can do on my Xeon...

It's not the exact same quality as the pre-rendereds but i find it pretty amazing for a real-time demo. The poly-count is kinda ridiculous in that there are no visible facets at all - it almost looks like a subdivision surface mesh within a 3D app.
