I believe those are Elpida's... the smooth IC surface and the EPD code explains it. Probably some 'grade A' Elpida ICs .... wonder what could they be
That's some nice results there, man :up: DDR-1260 5-5-5 @ 2.35v is an eye candy :) I'm gonna take a wild guess and say it's Elpida's 2.5ns DDR2-800 5-5-5 part... I assume they're not making 2x1GB of those, do they?

AI suite = Bios
2.30v = 2.35v
2.35v = 2.40v
2.40v = 2.45v
or did you mod your P5B Deluxe so 2.30v in AI Suite = 2.30 vdimm real ? hence quoting the AI Suite reported vdimm values ? or P5B-E Plus's AI Suite reports the correct vdimm ?
