Nice Chip n mobo. Hope my E6400 can hit 4g. :toast:
Any tips on breaking 50k?
The only tweak im using is lod +3.3, i dont know any others.
Thanks!

great cpu and work.
could you tell what is stock vmch for the mobo? also other voltages?
regards
my 01 tips..maybe it helps.
run car low and watch the highest framerate around the second corner.
esc > try again > esc > try again....till you get the feel for when you hit a good one > then don't escape ...let it run through ...should get you the 200 points you need...
hmm this is popular mobo, that is all over this website.Quote:

soz just to be a little more clear...when i say run car low i don't mean indepandantly...i mean as in a normal 01 run from the begginning as it is the first test.
this way you get to quit what looks like an average run half way through the first test.
when you see a run that is clearly like 50 frames faster at that point then let the full 01 test run through.
i used dragon low for max core speed test back in the old days and nature to get the max for the mem..when that's done you can go for full run
good luck :)

As for max bench speed, do you mean on the video card? I'm working for a little extra on that right now, my cpu looks like 4000 is the top, maybe 4020ish. but 4040 is definetly no go for 01 without colder ambients.
yes i meant dragon low for gpu core and nature for gpu ram...i found those artifacted or crashed before the other tests.
in '06 i find canyon artifacts from gpu core overspeed first and deep freeze for the ram
I didnt spot the temps your getting with BT?

Sweet chip!
Status update:
It got hot out in michigan again and so my ambients are closer to 75f right now, but in a few weeks the temps should go below 0c. so my goal is 4.1-4.2ghz benchable. Hopefully 50k will be easy, i also put up a 13.75k 3d05 run, but again hopefully when it gets cold again 14k will be in the cards.

I rather start with nature (+3.5) and run CL as the last test. Keep rerunning it. After every CL youll get your overall score. A good one can gain you up to 35 fps/350 marks. Realtime.
Wow great OC nice pics too :-)
