I'm not using the same evap, I have a chilly1 myself, but maybe this will be of some help.

I avoided those gaps on the caps by having the second layer of insulation go over them, allowing for a good seal. I guess I can explain it better with pictures. I wanted to try and run without grease if possible so I insulated by DQ6 as follows.

PCB laquer on the whole back and around the socket.

For better cooling such as dry ice, ln2 or cascade I highly doubt this will be enough, but I had no problems on single stage.

so there's gaps underneath but it shouldn't lead to anywhere as the top of the caps is covered by 2nd layer right ?

Well do I feel silly right now heh

I mounted everything with a nice tiny dab of Ceramique applied to cpu's IHS. Proceeded to boot the pc but no boot screen, everything powered up - fans and all except no boot screen. Spent 45 mins checking everything - loosening evap mount, loosening chipset waterblock to see if i tightened them too far and booting up every time but no boot screen. Then guess what I found, i had set my KVM switch to the wrong pc and wasn't set to my P5W DH rig :lol:

Booted her up with right KVM switch set this time and loaded with no probs. At my previously set speed of 10x266fsb = 2666mhz at 1.35v, it loaded and went to monitoring section to see cpu @-28.1C with Kayl Black Frozen SS's evap temp registering at -40.1C while in bios :)

Jumped straight to 10x400fsb = 4000mhz at 1.5v and 10x410fsb = 4100mhz at 1.55v for a quick memtest and it booted fine and all with evap temps registering -38.1C. Looking good so far. Pics coming soon :D
