Something's wrong with your results. Look at mine. Lower frequency, lower FSB and worst timings. No tweaking.

Think its RAM frequency difference...

Before she dropped about 50 ºC on load

After she drops 2 ºC running SPI 32M @ 1,7V. Amazing...
