So A-data use DDR2 800 to sell DDR2 1000 price?

if i remember correctly, EPP Adata is using D9GMH? not GKX? i am not sure yet

Anyone happen to test these out in an AM2 system? I am having a rough time with mine... getting horrible performance for the speeds. SANDRA is pushing 8300/8300 for these A-Data where the VX2 does 9400/9400...

yup, as i said, EPP version is D9GMH , assuranced 1000+(5)
none EPP version is D9GKX, same 1000+(5), they both sell the same price.:)

BTW,
ADATA's DDR2-800 512mb is Elpida ICes, 1024mb is Hynix

I also have to take back about what I said about the poor performance. I am an idiot, tis all. I somehow forgot that I was playing with a 1GB kit and not a 2GB. So, :slapass: for me.

I am the one who wrote that review. At the time I was told by two different people that those modules use GKX... the same goes for the 1GB kit at the same speeds as hicookie mentioned. There is no A-Data 2GB EPP right now as far as I know.

I got my 2GB kit (from memory-configurator, those Irish guys have really fast shipping btw) the other day and they are marked EPP. But they might not be as i havn't got a NF-board and will probably go Ati chipset soon so epp doesn't really matter to me. Think they are still Gkx???

Can't give you any nice benches thanks to my dodgy motherboard. I'll burn them in and try them out on a new board soon I hope.

Any update for your max CAS 5 ?
