They are showing it as 7900GS - x1900pro - 7600GT - x1650xt - 7600GS.
X1950P is basically a higher clocked X1900GT while 7900GS is a castrated 7900GT. I think they should perform the same.

Alot of people dont care that a card is faster if the price is above their spending limit.

Dont forget in the past both had huge screw ups cause they introduced refreshes wich :banana::banana::banana::banana:ed up the entire supply of their high--end cards

I will not deny however, the prospect of $600 dual 7950GTs which will easily become the most cost efficient dual gpu solution due to the nature of crossfire cards and their premium over regular cards.

ATi and Nvidia can throw around MSRPs asmuch as they want but we all know that for the first few weeks the actual prices of new cards are often above the MSRPs.

a 7300GT is already slightly slower then a 7600GS and if u want an even slower one u can get a 7300GS.

I see it as (come end Semtember):
~$400-500: x1950xtx should be the most practical at $100 less than the 7950x2. This could surely change if the x2 price drops when G80 is released, and ATi can't match it. Surely they will contend with a x1950(x2) deal though.
~$300: x1950xt (256mb x1950xtx) should be able to spank the 7950gt, as said, it's essentially a 7900gtx with a cheaper tag, and the 256mb x1950xt should be somewhere along the line of the 512mb 1900xt if not faster, which can already take it on at this price point. The HDCP is pretty awesome though, and surely will sway peeps.
Below that it gets really hard to predict. How cheap does the x1900xt get? $250? How cheap will the 7900gt get? On line with the x1900gt at $200? If so, pick your poison, but then, how well does the x1950pro perform at that same price come October? The 7900gs seems like a totally misplaced product...as assumingly it'll be be competing with the 7900gt/x1950pro. Lower than that it's essentially all about how the x1650xt performs, as it's essentially that versus 10 different nvidia products (7300gt-7600gt). I'll go out on a limb and say it'll prove itself.
This is not to mention the x1950proX2's...Who knows how they will fare.
Call me crazy or a fanboy, but nvidia needs to change that slide from "hit them when down" to "we're covering our ass while consolidating products and lowering thier prices to prepare for our next generation in thier former price points". Hmm....Maybe that was too long to fit in the slide.
I don't think there will be an X1950XTX 256mb. If there were it'd be cheaper. A decent amoutn since ddR 4 is hard to get but it'd still be pretty expensive. The X1900XT's are all going to become 256mb. They still beat a 7950gt. They are equivalent to a 7900gtx. The 7950GX2's can be had around 470. The X1950 offers up a very nice challenge to it. I think it has the ability to beatht eh 7950's through overclocking.
The X1700XT or the 36/12 card will be lower than the X1900XT's so I'mthinking around <$250. They are on 80nm. Hope it clocks well =D if it does that'll be the best card for thr buck I think. Though the X1950XTX is tempting.
What about destroying the ORB, do you think the new VGA from ATi will be a hall of fame product?

The 150$ X1900 AIW is the real winner here, its PCI-E, its cheap as crap, and you can pull 13k+ 05 with one...

Coolaler did 55k 01 with a 7900gtx and 3.5ghz x6800 on an 965 board, when I get nearly the same nature score with my AIW on a 3ghz Yonah...
