My eyes are pretty weak, but if that's a female of the species, i'd go for her (if I wasn't already attached) . I believe that'd make her, if it is a her, certifiabley the only woman not be paid for her attendance, but actually because she's a nerd to buy the product...She could probably even say more than her name and "ok" to boot! :p:

What's perhaps even more sad than people standing in line at midnight is the fact that it's already August 7th in the US and the major resellers (Newegg, ZZF) still have no in-stock listings for either Conroe 6600 or the 6700. Monarch says maybe by August 31st. At least the people standing in line in Japan probably got their CPU's. Also, it wouldn't surprise me if some of those people in line were fetching CPU's for their bosses.

Correct and right now it is 7am and they were supposed to be available by midnight:rolleyes: Intel Pulls another Paper launch

Core 2 Duo available in India today. Only the E6300 seems to be available retail ~USD 230.

No signs of E6600/E6700 yet. ETA ~ 10 days :-(

Sure looks that way, i woke up early just to come look @ the intarweb to see if i could snag an e6600, but no luck, and yes early for me is 11am.

NewEgg is sucking... at least ZZF had the E6300... i'd like to be in Japan :D
