Pros
1. Integrated graphics for entry level machines
2. Closer relations and tweaks for chipsets
3. Good support in servers
4. Better advantage for gamers since the Chipset, Processor, and GFX card are all being developed by the same company and probably can communicate faster and better.
Cons
1. Intel has said that they will not renew ATI's chipset license which it seems R600? is going to be the best overclocking boards for C2D.
2. AMD has to be in a big pot of debt
3. Nvidia chipsets have been the forerunner of all AMD machines
