good job
try 5.3G
Getting closer now.. but boy.. this is hard as f**k...
I am so on the edge of what my chip is capable of that it is not even funny.
Asus Bios 0604, doesn't seem to appreciate my Corsair 5400UL fatbody modules, so I'll try flashing back to 0602 tomorrow.. maybe that will give me what i need.... Really beginning to respect Coolalers record now...
Can not get the Asus board to do a decent 4:5 divider... So it is 1:1 still.... but somewhat higher clock.. I think the clock on the second run 405*13=4265Mhz is a WR... but I am not quite sure...
Run 1

And run 2

You know what should help you get a faster time?? The XS OS! Is your install tweaked?? Anyways, great results. Cant wait for your 3d runs. What card will you use?
9.781sec that's cool ! very close to coolaler's WR=9.719sec.
I bet you set ram:fsb=4:5, 4-4-3-4-2 hp3=auto
and do some OS tweak will help to achieve 9.6sec

And here I was imagining that Coolaler was the lucky winner of the best Conroe chip from all the hundred and maybe even thousands of pre-production chips, hand picked by the almighty Gordon Moore himself.
BTW: Silly question, but how hot is it at those clocks? Do you need to constantly pour bucketloads of LN2? Do you think there is hope for dry ice to come close?
Excellent
great job:woot:
OS has been un-twaked until now... going at it tonight again... new bios and with tweaks..
Go for 9,6:woot:Quote:

Stoolman will break the record, are you just going to sit there and do nothing about it? ;)Quote:
