ill guess the ants failed to read the warning on the bottle;
Poison-harmful or fatal if swallowed or inhaled.
still nice and blue with "only" 10%. is 10% safe too use, shouldnt affect colling that much?
Is this antifreeze or just coolant additive, guess its not any glycol in it?
its antifreeze, used in german cars. not sure if its glycol-based tho.

ok. now i had to check the colour on the antifreeze i got standing here.(glyco based though)
pictures in 5min.. mine is blueishgreen.
Just looked on the bottle, it contains ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol.

Yeah, a 3L tank from the audi store maybe... Marci said he's having trouble finding a supplier (i suggested it on the over-clock.co.uk forums)...
Well, basically there are three "colors" of that stuff. Red/pink (Audi/Volkswagen), blue (BMW) and some "general" stuff used for many kinds of cars.
Castrol has some nice pre-mixed coolant which should be sufficient when used in a typical additive amount :) Has just the same color as the stuff above.

Yes. Used to work at a BMW dealership, we always used that stuff... I'll try to get a picture of the Castrol stuff tomorrow, especially its "ingredients" :) Castrol is a official BMW supplier here, so maybe it's just that stuff you can get there, just not pre-mixed.

I bought mine anti freeze at statoil( :p: ), and it's just as blue as the pentosin. Yours however, eXa, is green! The dealer said the one I bought was for audi and vw, but then again, she was blond :D

I found some pentosin at a local auto parts store that specializes in inport parts.
Before ordering online, you may want to check your local yellow pages. I'm saving about $5 in shipping and that is with tax figured in.
This stuff is great! It does not foam at all which cut my bleeding time in half. Looks great too!

Regarding the UV reactive part.. I don't really have anything yet to make it work.. but I placed the tubing demos on the direct sun..... so you can get the idea ;)

You shouldn't mix G11 with G12....
