Yes. NF4 Ultra has SATA2. Only NF4 "vanilla" doesn't, but even that can be modded.

DFI NF4 Ultra M2
Hello Members,
I am new to this Forumn and this is my first posting.
I have a DFI NF4 Ultra M2 comming and a X2 3800 stepping F3 (65w) and 2 gigs of G-Skill 800.
DFi already sent me the Bios chip for the Bisbane 2 day air for free but I decided to go with the Winsdor core F3 as some others mention it would be a little better to start out with .
I am not new to overclocking been doing it for over 10 years and am old school since the Abit and celeron 300a day's if anyone recalls those times when Soyo and A-bit had excellent BX chipsets.
If anyone would like to to give me advice on the DFi m2 board I would appreciate any help. I have following this forumn for last 2 weeks waiting to post on here.
I will be running my ATi x1950 pro which had been running on my 754 socket DFi nf4nx pic-e board Venice 3200 at 2.6 Mhz so I hope to see some big improvemnts .
