Modified Toxic Bios with tighter timings for X19 with 1.1NS

I might just flash my card. An extra 25 mhz never goes unappreciated.

After you flash a reboot is required to use the new bios...

It sounds strange but this Toxic bios makes things worse than the Powercolor XTX 's bios for my powercolor 1900XT. Yes that mine is SS BJ11 too.

Thats not possible at all. Make sure you have identical settings in CCC and you are not using ATiTool at all when benching. Also, make sure you flashed to the one with tighter timings and not the original toxic.

This BIOS is useless with AIR cooled cards, with this BIOS fan is running on 100% full time, its strange.
