13s SuperPi on air is just....nuts.
Though you're spoiling us all :p: We see AM2 CPUs doing 29s on 3 ghz and we think "WTH !?... SLOW !!!" :p:

it's need rest:D
nice!
What's the best ddr2 to play with conroe today?
coolaler, is cpu the limiting factor? or maybe mobo fsb? or something else?
a higher multi will definatly help
Large FTT? Small is the CPU stress...
? generally it's harder to pass Large than SmallQuote:

~13s superi, 24/7 @ AIR, :woot:
YOU ARE INTEL GOD. well done mate
Very nice coolaler,
just can't imagine this. 14s or even 13s on an everyday system.
greatest jump in performance between 2 cpus i've ever seen.
Us air cooled guys are going to be very happy folk I think.
I like cpumark99 as a test, it gets overlooked sadly. It is between getting to desktop and Super_pi 1M in severity so if cpumark99 does not work then you know you have no chance with anything else and might as well lesson off the Mhz.
Coolalers earlier :toast: 600+ on cpumark99 was the first time I had seen over 600 ever done

Andy
3.7ghz is CPU limit,MOBO fsb could 460 moreQuote:

Thanks Coolaler for the air results. You are soooooooo good.:D
nice oc for sure but that 1,6v for 24/7 use is imho toooo much..
cpu is 65nm and i think it wont live very long with that voltage..
correct me if im wrong
wow what these ones can do on air :slobber:
lolQuote:

that's better than average Pentium 4 C overclock ...on a preproduction sample ^^ woot...
these conroe's look so much fun to play with...
let's hope Intel has come out with a miracle and made an indestructable CPU...don't want same Sudden Northwood Death Syndrome thing again :PQuote:

So it's clear in my mind:
Is 3.6ghz the best overclock you can hope for? Or is that just the best air clocks you can achieve and water, phase, LN2 will scale much higher?
Cheers
