bad timing..I have an extra Netgear RT314 but a buddys house took a lightning strike and it's going there today..I think they are cheap now..maybe $30.00..I grabbed a Netgear wireless router 2 months back for $29.00 after rebates..

What you could do as well is this: place another lan-card into your rig. Go to My Network Places and click on 'Network Connections'. Now rightclick on one of the icons of your cards and click 'Bridge Connection'. Follow the steps and add the rig that needs to be connected into the card that you just set as a bridge device. It should now be part of your network ;).

This is one of the methods I use at Lan-parties, when my cables are too short :)

I'm in, I'll be putting BOINC on my machines.

DIMES and F@H are still my main two outsourced programs, I'm just not going to deal with people forever asking me why there is a "B" in their taskbar after I touch their computer.

Jep, you can indeed make your own computer-router... I never tried it with more than two cards, though, but I know it should work.

well if he lets me do all of them then it would be 1 A64 2800+ and 4 3.06GHz celerons and maybe our server which would be a 3.2GHz P4

Dont worry, I would ask for permission first. I did it with d2ol and they were fine. Hopefully rosetta should be the same.
