Is this the daily break my own wr post? LOL :D
He shoots... he scores!!!!
according to Intel 975xbx , conroe isn't COOL.
when 1.55v(actual volt.), temp=78c~85c loaded.
Tower120+3*1238 papst, XS Air cooling :D, ambient=20c.
the temp shows in MSI/ASUS bios might be to low.
Updated:
Perhaps we are finally starting to see the curve leveling out. It had to happen sometime, but I'm sure it still has a ways to go.
You know, every time I see that curve, I smile...
I'm so looking foward to a new CPU (about darn time for me)
hehehehehQuote:

SPi like a CONROE
Take low temp like an INTEL PROCESSOR
Intel should give coolaler unlimited lifetime LN2 supply:)
1.45volt is no where near limit
take it higher
WOW:clap::eek: :clap:

Maybe you have to combine my tweak with this if it didn't work: Go to device manager and update the cpu driver under "computer" from ACPI multiprocessor to single processor, I'm sure you know how to do this ;)
Good luck with benching, I can't wait for you to pin-mod your way up to 1.6v :toast:
Great stuff!!! :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:
