Well.. either I must be doing something wrong or it just won't go with my XTX.. Others have succeeded with ATiTool judging several clocks..

oki.. but your oc in sig is not with ati tool I suggest
Nope it's with Rivatuner... stock volts and stock cooling (if I have the fan at 100%)..
Everyone give it up for FedExQuote:
Also, big "thanks" goes to FedEx for "losing" one X1900XT sample during transporting, delivering completely empty box instead of hardware and this way delaying software release date. Due to this reason FedEx services will no longer be used for RivaTuner hardware samples delivery. Personal thanks goes to UPS for delivering repeatedly sent sample in time.
I like to know this as well. I wonder if mem timing is different between the 2. Does ATI Tool relax mem timing, is Rivaturner relaxing mem timing or are they the same?Quote:

If i use atitool before rivatuner i cannot set core in rivatuner anymore (tested on both OS, ati services disabled). If i start with and change in rivatuner atitool and oc-tool both work fine afterwards.
i cant download it, are there any other mirrors?
ATiTool does not relax memtimings. AO and RT* do. ATiTool has the 'complete' gamut of voltage control, AO has all but VDDCI, and RT doesn't seem to have any.Quote:

EDIT: loc.o, have you tried inching your way up on your clocks from within ATiTool? For some reason it gives better performance if you up the clocks fairly slowly.
Ill try that later today after work. Ran them several times and although ATItool works fine every time i use RT to set mem i get me an extra 10 fps.
I can set voltage in ATItool and use RT after that to set core and/or mem but if i change core with ATItool first i cannot adjust it anymore with RT.
So X1800 and X1900 actually work?
mine can bench 720/850 stock volts :fact:Quote:

Wow So many news in new RivaTuner
but the core isnt that important, you high mem clocks for ATIQuote:

is it worth relaxing the mem timings for increased mem speed?
Note this is for a R420 card
riva tuner sucks :D
profiles don't work(startup..) i wil stay with ati tol :D
Ive always liked Rivatuner, the temp monitoring is awesome.
Seems ok so far at 695/810, stock volts, with my VJ cooler.:)
- Added new Easter eggs.
must find them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Works great with X1900XTX :toast:

Yep, working great for me. 695/820, stock volts.
