I have a 256 mb stick of corsair xms pc3200 c2 which uses bh-5...
I decided to take the heatspreader off so I could have a look for myself...
I think it's random, some have bh-6, some bh-5...
So, here goes some results:
TwinMOS DDR466 TwinMOS 4.3ns chips:
TOP attained - 231MHz 2.0-4-3-2 2.9V ( 2.83V real )
TwinMOS DDR400 Winbond BH-5 chips:
TOP attained - 231MHz 2.0-4-3-2 2.9V ( 2.83 real )
TwinMOS DDR333 Winbond BH-6 chips:
TOP attained - 226MHz 2.0-4-3-2 2.9V ( 2.83V real )
It seems that the BH-5 is the same as the 4.3ns TM chips, the only difference is that those TM 4.3ns chips don't like Trcd = 2, and only 3.... so @225MHz the BH-5 is able to run 2.0-4-2-2 2.9V....
That all on EPoX 8RDA+ C1 ver. of the NV chips.... no mods on the Vdd...
Where, where, where?Quote:

but it's rare
Usually france is some week behind everybody and twice as more expensive as the us! I buy most of my cooling gear straight from the US.
If winbond as jus switch to 0.13µm, it will take some time before they fully master the process and have the same quality as 0.18µm. Anyway, i'd like to see a review from those chips
Wow, now I just used deductive logic to guess the chip. Turns out I was right. guess I am not a dumb as I thought.
any info on what chips OCZ PC3200 REV2 and EL use?
Will have a look at the CH-5 at the weekend.
tanker powered by Winbond CH-5 :D
What timings? What clockspeed?
Yeah give us some more info, are they good?
nf7s
FSB222=>2 2 2 cas2
tomorow vdd :D
What VDimm? Everything under 2.8V rocks.
I have 2 CH-5 tooQuote:

today, I'll test them with a v2.0
Please test them @ around 2.8V. Max. FSB and max FSB @ 2-2-2-5
hiya my bulgarian friend... sorry but this query does not relate to computers... I am yet to test my winbond when it comes next week . BUT i wanted to ask you where you got the screenie for your avatar :)Quote:

No difference,
217 DC CL2 @ 2.77V nothing special
225-227 7-2-2-2 rock stable with 2.72v (real)
Well I saw it somewhere in the internet and though "Why not?" :)Quote:

What's up with the Prommy, drop me a PM If you like ;)
231 4 2 2 cas2 2.9v :d
My OCZ 3500EL on 845PE chipset also is sensitive to that setting u other 2 guyz experienced. Mine dont like it set to 2.
anywayz anyone know what powers these memory modules?
Mine wont do 192fsb 4:5 ratio. Iv heard that is 480mhz DDR but Ive seen many people pull this off...
I have a Epox 4PEA+ and at 192fsb its only stable 1:1 =( Ive tried Corsair XMS3200c2 also, would Corsair XMS3500 help me at all?
THANKS
