Its TCC5 modules, i am not a novice in OC, i tested it with lower CPU/MEM divider of course, but result is the same, max both core stable frequency is 2850MHz, i cant reach 2900 with 1.55V.

GL...these fx60's will be coldbugged @ ~0C. Of course I'd be happy to be proven wrong.....Denny?.....;)Quote:

although 3.8 would be fantastic :slobber:
Nice OBR. SO 2 guys have it. This proves this chip will clock damn high! If I could get this to 3.5ghz under modded LS for 24/7 I would be MORE than happy ;)
Sounds like to me that this chip aint no better then the X24800. The FX60 is only good to lower the multi and might have cherry picked mem controller.Quote:

On what voltage you are able overclock CPU like this on 3.5Ghz on Modded Vapochill? I havent Vapochill, its not possible to buy it in my country.Quote:

Its not about belief to YOU, i believe your cpu is great, but i dont believe that is my CPU is so crapy. But is strange, some seller sells this CPUs? Officialy end of NDA is 10.1.2006.
what air? no more air!
show us DI!
in Moscow AIR is as good as DI i think, heheheh
i am going to get 10 lb of DI for 10$.... expensive ....
If this chip is not coldbugged, it should clock like a biotch.
guess2098 thanks for sharing this info with us. I love seeing cutting edge products pushed hard. Thanks again!

lucky you inVermont Di and LN2 are regulated haz mat... but i can still get DI i have conections with the lab people at the local hospital so i can get DI tht they use to transport blood for...LN2 on the other hand the tacher at chool that used to give it to me has retired so no more LN2 fun (put di in the bottom of a 2l bottol and watch it go BOOM) (LN2 works even better)
Dragon
NVM my sp, LONG day...(and hell i am failling english with a 7 so....you know hw is a real drag...)
Forget Vapo LS:) ..Go straight to -40C cpu core temp. and see if the mem. controller can scale high.Quote:

M2 = AM2
sorry, my mistake. q4 of 2007 is the release of ddr3, multi core, and pci-e II. i figure with ddr3 there will be a new socket......
oh great, PCI-E II

1st
DI with 100cc ACETONE in special made mousepot 3in with also 3in large bottom area, i can reach -50 on bios read with 1.65v..... and that is way to cold for FX60... but i think that is good for FX57 lol
2nd
DI with 50cc acetone in same mousepot, still -45 read in bios. cold bug
3rd
DI with 10cc acetone in same mousepot, -38 read in bios, load windws but can not see desktop
4th
DI with 5cc acetone.... still -30 read in bios... load into desktop and freeze..
i was able to run 1M very quick after windows not complete finished loading all background program but when it finished.... freeze again!
tomorrow or otherday i will try DI with no acetone to see what is going to happen...
and above in runing on 250*14 = 3.5G!

rubbish i would say...
cold bug at -38... (((
tnks god i got a great X2 4600+ from FCG... hope no coldbug under cascade )
I had same step 0519 mpmw 4600 it did 2.85 ghz stable 1.55 voltage on air and /w vapochill 2.9 @1.6 volt.
I tried 300 x 10 but was really hard and not stable.
sorry for off topic:)
That picture is a terrible photoshop. I've never seen a A64 stick out of the package like that before. Notice also that it doesn't say the model number in the upper left corner which all PIB have.Quote:

I'm not saying I don't believe him but he doesn't even have a correct picture of the actual product. I guess maybe we'll see as the auction is over.
Well, he's ended his auctions early so it seems he may have been talking outta his ass this entire time :rolleyes:Quote:

i think it can reach -25 without problem, i didn't mount the mousepot at all... it just sit on top of FX60
to rock this cold bug sickness FX60 with DI need to spend a long to control the temp.....
some pics of 3" large area base MM mousepot....

Wow :slobber: impressive as it might seem, but this can be achieved on "SOME" x2 and opteron cores aswell.
Off TopiC: You any good at WAR3 ROC? :)
this week and stepping is ONE of the best for X2s - too bad mine is gone...CPU heaven - perfectly fine for DryICEQuote:

Santa musta found out something about me :slapass:
Keep the updates comming when you can get colder temps
Just got the confirmation that official product code will be "ADAFX60CDBOX"
guess, can you measure the actaul voltages for the cpu for us. I'd like to know what they really are, not what ITE says they are. here is where to measure.
