A thought on your res placement - I like where you have them, but I understand the concern about the fillport. I remember seeing a build (perhaps one of Charles H's?) where a fillport was added on, I think, the top of backplate, then connected to the res top. Re the fans on your radiator. Are you talking about the bottom radiator, and is it for your GPU loop? If so, I would go ahead and leave the fans taking air from the case - to the rad - to the bottom. Yes, you'll be using the warmer case air, but this also will give you airflow through the case. I think the effect on your GPU temps will not be that drastic, and you should still get good performance. I'd probably try it that way first, then change it around if it didn't work.
