Nice SSD mount! =) Everything looks great
what fans are these? Slim 15mm? what brand?
Looks like Scythe"SLIP STREAM SLIM" 120x12mm Case Fans to me
Yes there are Scythe Slim 120x120x12 1600rpms ;) and now my last work for the top cover, enjoy ..

AC begins to take shape
bonne continuation ;)
Ac ?
very nice. I like that radiator sandwich:)
soon, gtx 295 with koolance wb :D
my new idea to avoid damaging fittings :D

Sweeet. Now, what are the temperatures?:)
Cool, great mod you've done there!

That is a fantastic setup. Always loved to watch your work on that A05.
Nice build man!
in new builde i980x and gtx480 under koolance wb :D imaginative hard plumbery too :D
Very promising hardware :)
actual shot of my pc 980x and gtx 480 inside, but not with the wc update I have to do

finally, a revamp of my build, two pumps, 3 radiators, mnpc grill in front, empty space under psu for fresh air, straight plumbery beetween few elements, I have some parts already, but need to order some others, stay tuned :D
UPDATE !
new Kryos XT

some changes 'll arrive cause xspc res had some crackles near the fittings and this is not good :/
I'll order koolance pump base and 50mm res
Notice, it is the first A05 with double pump, triple rads in the world I think :D :D
Hmm, DVD just below rad with partially closing airflow to it? At very least change that drive to slim one for at least some gap to be there .. otherwise no sense in that long rad, as only part of it actually cools coolant. Or i wonder if it's possible to fit some slim dvd vertically somewhere ..
i'd say too many rads and too many pumps in such a small case... and no need for it according to what has to be cooled!
i'd say one pump for one loop with that triple rad on top would be plenty enough and you'll have room for the DVD instead of the front single rad!
but that's my opinion! ;)
there's no optical drive in my rig, no need one, only ssd and usb key powered :D
Lol, same here. Building an extremely big case, but I've left out the optical drive, because I don't like them. Basically, the only mechanical parts will be the pump and the fans, like your case :D.
Imho it would be nice to see in future one solution i loved in HP servers but now in plain PCs aswell - capability of their remote ILO (integrated lights out managment) to mount client box's drive as local one. You simply connect using web browser to remote server's ILO, export your local dvdrom as drive of that server and perform all installs remotely without having to deal in any way with drive virtualisation software like daemon tools / virtualcd, and OS of server thinks of it as real local drive. Now imagine something like this just with one drive used in this manner for several optical-drive less home desktop PCs on need to basis. Even more so if those are miniITX SFF builds.
Lol, you're giving that poor case a heart attack . Where will you fit the amount of rads needed to run SLI?
Btw, it seems as if you have enough room to fit a dual top in the bottom. I'd recommend using that + a micro res, so you can run a push/pull with GT's on the TFC 120 :).
noobzed: btw, what are fans on rads airflow directions? It's possible that your 3x120+two 1x120 rads work below their full performance because of some rads getting cooled by preheated air by other rads ..
all fans are pushing heat airflow from inside to outside, the only fans that take fresh air from outside is the fan on bottom (and the psu)
Hmm, 5 rad fans pushing out vs just one fan on case bottom pulling air in? I'm guessing that rad fans work this way extra hard to overcome unbalanced airflow. Have you tested how much cooling differs with sidewall mounted on case vs wall-less?
I have not tested what you are advise me, but i'll test sure
do you expect significant diferences ?
Dunno. Tests will tell :). Just make shure to eliminate other factors that might affect results. Like ambient temps need to be same / load fully hardware in same way / wait at least hour for temps to reach equilibrium .. things like that. But if difference is big enough, like 5C, then maybe you should do something to balance airflow a bit more (read: add more fans blowing in. Eg. another one on case bottom, two or three on sidewall ..), if difference is just 1-3C, then i'd leave things as is.
Great Project!
Why are most of the picture links broken?
don't know :/
this rig as been sold to a friend, I'll never put an sli in it :D
