At the very least you should lap the stock hsf, apply as5 (as3 for those of you poor suckers that don't have as3 yet :D), and add a fan to it.
I am not so sure about this mobo myself. I was thinking of picking up a p4c800-e from newegg. Whichever one I like I will sell the other, or eat the restocking fee.
