In my case yes, but i have two rads, two pumps and two reservoirs, which will add a little to it. If I had added a second rad and res to my 830 I would have to say it's marginally heavier.
The beauty of this case is the space it provides for w/c. The entire bottom bays pop right out and you can mount pretty much whatever you want down there. You can stuff a couple of 240s down there with pumps or a 480/240 like I did. Alternatively if you only want to use 1 rad a 360 would easily fit along with pump and res. That leaves you with a ton of space for mounting drives, etc. The 830 is so poorly designed space-wise that you can barely get a 240 rad in there with anything else. The case is also quite wide and if you look through this thread you can see that I mounted the hard drives on the side of the bay.
Lots of option. As I mentioned earlier that Lian Li v2000b II Plus looks like a great case as well with a lot of room. It probably doesn't way anymore than this one seeing as it's a thinner aluminum. I mounted them in the bays only because I used two. If I had used one I would have throw it down below or right next to the MB.
The res I mounted could easily have been mounted right on the motherboard tray next to the motherboard leaving all of your bays free. Lots of space to do that as the case is also quite long.
Its the extra space that has really impressed me. When i first saw the case i wasnt all that impressed with its looks but the more ive looked at it the more its grown on me. Im sure i wont use all the space that there but this will more than likely be the last case i buy so may as well get 1 i can grow into.
LOL. I was going to pm you about your side panels and see if you wanted to trade. I can see in a couple of your pics that you have the same space along the top corner where it doesn't fit just right. You can see light around the upper corner. I'm just being picky but for the price it should be a bit better. No big deal. Still the best freakin case I've ever had and am very happy with the way my build turned out. :toast:
WOW
very nice case u got there
nice h/w and loop setup
Masaville... I have caught a few of your posts around the liquid cooling section of the forums, and have been meaning to say:
Nice build! :toast:
Double loop sexiness :D

wow... now that is one seriously hardcore watercooling loop.
That must have been a total pain to setup.
I don't like the TJ07s, but I have to give you mad props for the twin pumps and twin res side by side. That looks truly kickass. My next build will be dual loops and I just may use some of your ideas for it.
Awesome!
its a stunning aet up, im gonna attempt something similar myself once i get my case.
That is the best dual loop setup I have ever seen. Mad props to you!
Ya, it was having never done it, heh. Second time around you could probably do it in a less than a day if you have the parts. Most of the time was spent sourcing parts and trying to come up with a way to make it all fit inside. Piece of cake to redo it though. If anyone is thinking of doing something similar and needs a parts list let me know....can save you some time with a list of parts to buy, etc.
just read your build thread and it looks amazing and really well but together,
i have loads of ideas i didnt think of using now thanks to you
Few quietions
what is the noise like ?
do you get chassic vibration fom the pumps being so close together
what are your water temps at stock and load on both loops
have you overclocked it yet ????
Some evercools I just recently put on the NB and SB. They cool better than the stock pipe and are quieter.

just ordered my case from scan, should be here friday. will order my watercooling stuff in the next few weeks. cant wait hehe
Heavy.. I have a hard time moving my cube if not for the casters. Very awkward shape to move.
very nice man, intresting rig you got there :)
like the hdd mounts and the dual loop plus great job on the rads/pumps. didnt know you could get a quad rad lol
LOL, the thread that never dies. :stick:
I think the LED's on the NB/SB coolers are really killing the look, turn 'em off
i would like to know what you think of the OCZ power supply you got masaville
whoa amazing setup
Masaville,
You need a LiLi PC-343B build.
hmm and maybe make it 3 loops inside, very nice setup you have.
IanY how about copying his style of mounting 2 rads side by side if its viable to your new planned setup...
WOOT. My case arrived from scan this morning. It looks mahoosive but ive measured it against my antec P160 and its a few inches taller and deeper and half an inch wider. The finish on the case is stunning and its well built. Will post pics of my final build once i get all my watercooling stuff ordered.
y can't i see the pics massaville?
I cant find this guy malicious on here... Im thinking of buying a Lan Li PC-7 case and putting a Thermochill PA 120.3 on top in that style but with tube at rear as opposed to at the back...
You have any idea how i can contact him i.e where i would buy those fittings he used to do it? Means all id have to do is drill 12 holes rather then buying a jig and making cut outs etc..
thanks.
The pic from the above post shows rad mounted on top... i would like to do the same... where would i get such silver braces or where would i get screws long enough??
malicious is from hardforums, if you look closely in the threads, masa shows a link to a thread for the forums there with his picureq
I have been studying the forums learning about watercooling using the TJ07. I have started my first watercooling project and have been reviewing the information sources. This was one of the more complete and interesting example but now the pictures are gone. Any chance they could come back or be seen to me?
same here pics are gone.......
massaville?
Seems like he hasnt posted in a while, bummer. Does anyone remember how he did the twin pumps and reservoirs? Im very interested.
Nope, I do have one picture of his rig on my PC.... here:

I too would like some pictures of his build back up... im debating about a new case and it will have 2 loops in it.
Nice WC setup :)
any else got pics of massaville's rig?
If anyone is still looking for pics of my TJ07 project you can find them here. Haven't been on-line in ages and the originals were taken down.

Distilled water, couple of drops of biocide (petras), and some food coloring hehe. I haven't had to touch this loop since I built it. Clean as a whistle with no junk/gunk or clogging. In fact I've never even topped it up, but I'll probably have to do that soon. Easy enough though since I just need to add more distilled water. Make sure you go with acrylic reservoirs as well.
Best advice I can give noobs as well. Stay away from that useless solution like Fluid xp, etc. Waste of money and completely useless. It will make a nasty mess of anything you put together.
