Ahh right :D. A bit like mine then, although my 3700 is the WORST stepping version there is lol!Quote:

Wow Nice A64 you have there. It's works as a Swiss clockwork ;)
i think i'm the fastest A64 overclocker in switzerland.... :D
btw: superpi-stable @ 3613mhz@1.52V
More Volt !! :d

didnt u try real subzero cooling to test cold bug?? leave this chilled things and try some single stage ,, maybe it does not have cold around -20c or sth like that..
atm is the fridge-chiller the only thing i have....
Nah, wasted I think. All I've seen with Bx memory controllers have had terrible bugs. But, may he has been very lucky this time?:toast:Quote:

sub 23sec done! :D

you can see, the temps are a madness... atm i modding my cpu-cooler for a better circulation....
lovely chip :)
great work Gianni
i think so... but i never run 3d-benches.... ;)
What an amazing bench :toast:Quote:

Well done dude ;)
Your temps is so high may be you should start looking for a guy with a vapo in Switzerland
really impressive!!
congratulations
now you have only to find a man single stage :D
awesome cpu :)
i modded the cpu-cooler... no good idea! higher temps... damn....
i opened the old one.... no wonder the circulation ist so bad, lol:

cleaning, remounting, overclocking....
In Switzerland he only needs to get the PC out and it's already frozen. :DQuote:

Hmm, this should be your christmas gift form you for us, right ? :D
Really nice Prime Results, awesome :toast:
Rock on!
That cpu is a diamond, only 1.48V for 3400MHz, awesome. :slobber:
Any SPi records yet?
nope, my pump is going down.... as you can see the high load-temps at prime... with -37°C water-temp no changes.... new pump ordered...Quote:

circulation is to bad! a little more volt and the temps are at +40°C (load)....
your cpu is amazing
what pump have you ordered? with a chiller an eheim 1048 roxx :)
one more time congrat's! and merry christmas :toast:
ordered eheim1250, because it must be a under water pump and i can get it cheap...
little prime update:
http://octs.ripping.org/3700_wr/prime_3432.jpg
wow that chip is doing a good job! amazing overclock :)
Wow mate! Crazy 3700+!!! Congrats!
very good result!!!! ;)
your cpu is a bomb!! :D
Nice scores gianni-gt, now the WR is in a (nearly :D) german speaking country.
Lets take the 3900Mhz...
Greetz [KM] SeLecT
holy mother of ******...i didnt know those can go that high.....respect dude.
I'm a bit late :D
Gratz gianni ;)
eheim1250 mounted... chiller is chilling... next results ~tomorrow noon... with the new pump i have the double throughput... will see what the temps say with cold freeze-protection.... with +17°C liquid the idle temp was at +40°C with 1.5V Vcore... freeze-protection with + degrees suxx
you mean cold bug? yes it does
Man it just gets better!
Now think what would possible if you bench with -45°C cold "water" (Frostschutz...) ;) !
SuperPI 1m record ???
LN2 to come... in january...
atm no new superpi record.... it wasn't possible to bench over 3621mhz :(Quote:

Even better :D!
Do you still have the IHS on?
AMAZING JOB
I thought I did a good job getting my kacae to 3.3 on air :(
You did, this is just the best overclockable A64 chip around.Quote:

omfg very nice result :toast:
my best so far: ;)

hmm, maybe i should play a little bit more with my 3700+ :D
Nice job!
Congrats man, thats an amazing CPU :woot:
Better u try a bit of dryice first! ;)Quote:

Id say some dice would do that CPU Nicely :D
Where do you keep finding these great chips :slobber:Quote:

be careful with the chip, don't kill it before it meets coldness ;)
22 seconds on a waterchilled CPU is more than just impressive. :slobber:
Do you think you can make 32M under 20 minutes?
i don't know... but the 1M time is going down:
http://octs.ripping.org/3700_wr/22.875_xs.jpg
but that's the end of my ram. with more than 3.63V they didn't work. :(
try the 150 divider, not much performance loss if you're able to crank up the cpu speeds.
What a shame, that's pretty bad RAM, you're gonna have to switch over to another divider or get yourself some better RAM.
Check out the 32M in my sig, this is with Gskill GH at some 3.6V, about average for those sticks.
If he uses a server03 installation he should be able to do sub20 32M without too much problems.Quote:

but who cares 32M? :D
Maybe the handfull of people that give some attention to (ur) AMD 1M results in this intel dominated time? ;)
I would be very intrested in some 32M runs!
yep whould be nice to see if you can go below 20minQuote:

ok then i will run a 32M asap.... another 3700+ SanDiego WR :)
really amazing cpu!!
congrat's, buy better BH5, like jmax_oc :D
well i have here 2x256mb, they goes till 280mhz@3.7V on SuperPi 1M... but the madness is that they are slower as the 2x512mb (with the same clock, timings & sub-timings)... i need a little bit more of cpu-mhz to crack my time... and then the 150 divider is properly faster with the 2x512mb....
Yeah 2x512mb is faster because of bank interleave.
Try to get some other RAM, most kits being sold dirt cheap nowadays.
Try ebay or something.
Good luck. :toast:
:( i tried now 1.8V... no new WR... this chip don't like high voltage.... and at +3°C the coldbug kills good scores...
Damn i really whould have loved to see you brake the worldrecord..... again :D
the prime record will fall, superpi may be...
Try to up your pci-e frequency, it helped me to gain a bit more stability.

PRIME UPDATE

this is getting too much ... :o INSANE chip !
thats scary fast for a a64
Its coldbugged@+3c.Quote:

Try 2.00v vCore.
2V isn't going to help, only for screenshots maybe, not for benches, the CPU will get way to hot.
Most A64 CPU's loose stability above ~40 degrees.
