The words "parallel setup" immediately scream "doing it wrong". There is no need for any manifold within a properly-designed wc-ing setup...
If you require one for 5 various fittings, you're building for looks not performance, which means you won't see many manufacturers here catering for it as those that require it are in the severe minority.

The thing is the reservoir will bw very adjustable.
There will be 3 different parts (tops and bottoms)
1. bottom with 3 barb options:

So customer will be able to modify the parts for his own comfiguration.
What will the mounting options be for this reservoir, if any? For example, if using the side and bottom threads, where exactly could you put the thing in your case?
I like the idea of your tube inside for a divider, I'm using an old res similar to one of your first drawings with 2 top and 2 bottom barbs/plug holes. In my loop the water comes in from the bottom and back down through the bottom straight into a DDC and if there's any air anywhere in the res it gets sucked straight back into the pump. The later design looks good and I'd be interested in one too (if the price is right) but only if it had a taller divider.
ive seen alot of people mounting inside just right of the MoBo, thats off the a alphacool cape models though. i personally like the smaller reservoirs though. allows mounting inside ideal at a high point easier. it all depends on how much crap you have in your tower. i have stacker 830 and ive got tons of room, but then again, im only using three bays for cd rom, dvd, and HDD. i like how most of my wires can run from the top of my tower along the sides of the case.Quote:

thats a nice design for reservoir, the lengths you mentions are just right for the inside of a case.
could you sell that as per pc, like the diff lenght of tube, diff bottoms or tops, kind of like replacement if ever some parts get damaged...

Are we in the marine world? Are we using parts from the marine world? No. All the PC-based parts that are used for watercooling are done cheaply to look pretty, and the anodizing quality is appalling in comparison to marine-grade anodizing. Avoid anything aluminium, whether anodised or otherwise, in the world of PC Watercooling. Simple as.Quote:

You might want to check that we are not in the motor trade too
when you have your rads made.
Anodized Aluminum is Anodized Aluminum and seawater is the
harshest environment for it.

Besides what have you done for the WC world aside from annoying postings? Made any built-for-PC rads recently?
thats besides the point anyways, why rely on manuf. X's anodizing quiality and the end user's ability to not scratch through that anodising if we can just do without?

about mounting it (dont know what you have in mind) but what about grooving the tops and making slide-on stainless bracket system in various shapes?
It would allow for easy removal of the res from the mounting by simply sliding it off and would be visually un-obtrusive while remainging versatile.

I must apologize for sidetracking your thread and would still love to see
a Eddy_EK BullsEye Reservoir due to the Quality of your products over
other competitors.
I have been an HVAC tech for thirty years and I have seen my share of evap and condensers. The quality of construction on the ThermoChill Rads is not equaled on today’s market. All anyone has to do is to pick up and inspect any Rad and then compare it to the ThermoChill product and it becomes quite apparent that ThermoChill has NO equal.Quote:

Many folks with YEARS of watercooling experience (8+) have all noted how aluminium components available (anodised or otherwise) have ALL suffered from corrosion in our loops. Google round the net... you'll find companies offering various "qualities" of anodizing, some that are identified as marine grade, and others that are identifed as not marine grade. Anodized is not anodized. There are many varying quality factors - and none of the PC Watercooling Component Manufacturers USING aluminium use either the grade of aluminium or the quality of anodizing necessary to withstand a marine environment, the majority won't even withstand a PC Watercooling environment. The corrosion in PC Watercooling systems is witnessed on the aluminium itself, not the copper or the brass. Take your head and your "facts" and insert them up your arse.
