Sooooo, if the "imfamous" nda has lifted, how come there are no "hard" facts, info, ect, yet???
So the world "still" waits....

Just wondering, because the NDA was supposed to last till the 4th, and it's now the 5th.
Maybe it was changed again. Its like a desert mirage, everytime we get closer it moves further away
Mark my words, clock for clock RD600 makes 680i look like lightning. 975 > 680i > 965p > RD600.
interesting thought, i guess we shall soon see
you saying the 965 is slower than the 975 ?Quote:

From Fastest to slowest. 975 consistently beats 680i, which is 50/50 in beating 965. 975 is faster then 965 however. RD600 is slower then all, unless DFI has some major fomula to completely change the reference ati chipset :).
Any proof, or do you work for the Inquirer?
Just curious.
Tony has been saying this for a while, that its a bit slower, but that you can clock higher and its more flexible than the others.
again, i guess we will see when it comes out

1- NO-ONE will give any info on when the mysterious "NDA" is to expire, or how long it even is.
2- Only been a few pics on the net, "vague" info about anything to do with this board.
3- ALL the threads about this board are either unanswered/locked down/ deleted on the "DFI' "support" forum...
This all leads me to believe that its all just a bunch of vaporware, either that, or its not gonna be the "board" everyone "hopes, prays" for in performance....
Maybe this time 3 yrs from now "someone" will know some more......:)
There is a reason NF680i DFI is coming out so close to the RD600. For months the NF680i didn't show up on the roadmap. Then one day it came and was 2 months from release. RD600 is a platform that offers more possibilities for clockers then any available today. It just can't compete clock for clock. Tony and numerous others have said this all along.Quote:

Shamino of VR-Zone.com als has his contacts @ DFI. He's already got a DFI LP UT RD600 retail and a DFI LP UT nF680i-prototype and took a first look at them. It's all in the link.
Find it here...
:toast: I thought i'd let you all know...
Cool, i notice that the RD600 board doesnt have a bios chip in it... Wonder why??
Very nice looking boards :)
Someone opened a topic at DFI-Street about this preview at VR-zone and they closed it! Can you believe those guys?! :slapass:
Yep, I believe it. Completely. :explode2:Quote:

Seriously tho what is up with that? It's not like they're gonna loose out on something posting the same information the rest of the internet has!!!
Rd600 might be slow because of unoptimized drivers :)
And the general population is gonna know this how??? All i have seen are pics of a board with NO bios chip in it.... NO hard evidence of ANY performance, good or bad....:rolleyes:Quote:
