My DS3 came with the F1 bios. It booted right up with a E6400 and 2x1GB of OCZ Platinum PC6400 (4-5-4-15). I set the Vdimm to +.2v and flashed to the F4C bios and it was fine until I OC'd it too far and had to clear the CMOS. Since then everytime I try to power on the fans start to spin and the mobo promptly turns off. No beeps, no keyboard lights, nada. Removing the battery doesn't help. I tried some PNY PC4300 I had laying around (yeah, I know it has to run at PC5400) and the same thing happens.Quote:

Is this normal behavior if the ram doesn't have enough voltage? I expected to get some beeps if the ram was the problem. I'm trying to decide whether to buy some cheap PC5400 to boot with or just RMA this buggy piece of crap. :(
