The problem with this product will be sustained low temps I think. The review doesn't say how long he primed before measuring temperatures. There are no "wonder" products : when the water gets warm there goes the performance ;) Fanless watercooling in general performs imo worse than a decent aircooler. And when you turn up the fan, it might be louder dan a Tuniq Tower. You might want to swap the fan for a papst or so, because I think you'll need it.
Of course, when it's only meant for benching (and not 24/7 use), there really is no point, it will be more than adequate. Other than that it's also a mighty impressive cooler :)
