TankGuys, you're preachin to the preacher here :p:
I guess it'll be here Monday, still havent gotten tracking TBH.
does the 1gb 667 kit come with heatspreaders or not? from tankguys
thanks
If I understand correctly, Team Group 667 and 800 are same chips (binned differently) ?
528.5mhz 4-4-4 for 187$ DDR2 667 is awesome :slobber:
Those sticks are what I packed, NO heat spreader!!
and ya, just check victorwang's thread for that, but just don't discard what I set for the Voltage limitation;)
Good, I like not having a heatspreader. The only ram I've really used, G.Skill TCCD and old bh-5, never had heatspreaders, and now my DDR2 won't either. Good deal.Quote:

nice and grazy test......holy:banana::banana::banana::banana:...^ ^
just ordered a 2 GB set from here
seem to be the same though they have the C4DC serial. Fingers crossed ..
Real tempted to get this for my forthcoming Conroe rig...2 gigs of badass ram for $187 is too good.
Edit: Ordered :D
Just an FYI guys: This memory will *usually* ship the same day you order, but sometimes it takes us a few days to get the tracking information. So don't be alarmed if your order status isn't updated to "shipped" right away... we are just waiting on the tracking info. Rest assured, this stuff ships quickly :D
thanks a lot ! :)Quote:

why have yours got no heatsinks ? Mine arrived yesterday with silver heatsinks.
I couldn't tell. We should ask OPB

from SAN JOSE, CA to Quebec, Canada
for example,
if your cpu is capable of doing 4.5g...and your cpu is 670
and you use 800mhz ,
idea:
so 4500/19=236.85mhz...>your goal
so4500/3800=1.18----> that means you wanna put % for 18 or even lower (about 15%) then use clock gen pull up to 4500.
then memory part..
due to you use 800mhz for fsb.. so that means
1. if you use ddr 400 then it's 1:1 so your ram will become running 472
2. if you use 533, then 266x1.18=313.88... so 627mhz for ddr2
3. if you use 667, then you got 333.33x1.18=393.33 so 786.66
up to 786.66mhz...it still can do 3-3-3 or even 3-3-2
when you set positive+30% by setting 533 , 3-3-3 under bios for 2.2v then it will do ddr2 690 , and you can do it 3-3-3 np, or even try 3-3-2
so this can be like below:

my poor 304...fsb limit @ 422
that's 1.45v under pcice cascade, -88c loaded, evap@-97.

any question, just get back to me
any chances of better pricing for aussies?
here it seems to cost us the usd equivalent
147 USD (2 x 512MB)
295 USD (2 x 1GB)
and that's not including shipping
prices state in your opening post show's it's 27usd and 60usd more than in the thread(and I believe tankguys list the 1 and 2gb kits at us$97 and us$187)
OPB, will these modules compatible with AM2?
Buy it @ Tankguys?Quote:

Now I have to make some exams first.
This evening I will start testing them and post some results in here if that's OK for OPB :D
Sma...you're more than welcome to do so!!:)
Kev, the chips used in DDR2-667 kits are all the same? D9GHM?
I mean if I got the kit from Hong Kong agent, it will be also D9GHM?
Thanks a lot!

We will.Quote:

- You may be responsible for import taxes.
- Shipping charges can be high for international shipments.
- You may be asked to supply extra documentation, for security reasons - internationl shipping is a big fraud risk fo rus.
If you are still interested, PM me and we can arrange it.
Im in UK i got the 2GB kit from hereQuote:

Mine've been on the FedEx truck for awhile now...~4 days (without an attempt for delivery), and I won't be there to sign for it today so the FedEx guy will probably hit the 1 week mark with it
:fact: Here are my results
All voltages are measered on the motherboard, BIOS isn't always correct.
Everything you're going to see is 100% stable.
Stable = SuperPi 1M + mbench when loop 5 starts + CPU-Z launch together with mbench
667MHz CL3 . only 'important' voltages are mentioned & no screens
1.80v | 669MHz 3-4-3-4
1.86v | 667MHz 3-3-3-4
2.06v | 667MHz 3-3-2-4
2.26v | 667MHz 3-3-2-4
Now overclocking begins:
2.26v | 728MHz 3-3-2-4
http://img372.imageshack.us/img372/5476/69233245ag.jpg
2.26v | 806MHz 3-3-3-4
http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/3209/80633341sj.jpg
2.26v | 834MHz 3-4-4-8
http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/5773/83434486hx.jpg
2.13v | 1018MHz 4-4-4-4
http://img280.imageshack.us/img280/2...444213v7hm.jpg
2.26v | 1054MHz 4-4-4-4
http://img372.imageshack.us/img372/3...444226v4xc.jpg
Conclusion
:woot:
This is unbelievably great cheap ram! I think this is the best price/performance available at this time.
It's just a pity I couldn't reach 1066MHz Cl4 yet, I'm still working on that.
Fantastic results, this is what we like to see!!
woot! mine is set to deliver tomorrow ;) now i just need a mobo/processor :)
hows the 6400 models doing? TXDD1024M800HC4DC can they do tight timmings?
We're in the same boat.Quote:

Total: $384.49

Ship date Jun 21, 2006
Estimated delivery Jun 28, 2006
Does it really take over a week to charge me and get it here?
I do not mean to threadcrap, but come on that is nearly 10 days.
Im a little unhappy here :(
I ordered a set of these today from Tankguys.
I will have to stare at them for a month until Conroe comes to retail, but they are cheaper and preform better than what I can get in Canada!
Nothing better than handpicked Ram!
Someone should start a thread with team groups ddr2 800 modules..
Can't decide between team group 800/667 and g.skill 800 gbhz...someone needs to do a report on the team group ddr2 800..seems like @ 2.2v team group 667 and g.skill gbhz 800 perform very smilar..only gbhz are $70 more..can anyone report voltages over 2.2v, do the 667 modules like the extra voltage?
This is the highest I can get on CL4, other timings are as low as possible.
@ 2.26v :toast:
http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/4...62466132nl.jpg
Anyone knows any tips or tweaks to get above 1066MHz? Except more voltage ;)
tRAS 18 won't help, tRTC & tRP are at their max.
Unbelievable that so many kits are still left...
how can you tell how many kits are leftQuote:

It's shipping from CA, across the country, so that takes a while. Plus, it spans over a weekend, so that's 2 days it won't move.
So yea, it stinks that it's taking that long, but not because of anything we ore Team did wrong ;)

HEHE now I will just have to entertain myself by looking at my reflection in the Team heatspreaders until my Conroe comes
Very great chips, I will buy one pair this week, thx for sharing
I ordered a pair last week  Now I just have to hope and pray that I get lucky and get one of the first batch DFI infinitys coming to the US next week! *crosses fingers* Should be a nice/cheap board to hold me over until the LanParty conroe board arrives and the real fun begins. ;)
A big thanks goes out to Tankguys for working with me on payment options, you rule! :toast:
Are the kits Tankguys is supplying better than the ones here;

Out of stock. It's listed again, sorry about the confusion. For some very annoying reason, our shopping cart stops showing items at <= 0.Quote:

OPB, you may want to put the new on in it's own thread. More people will see it that way, and there won't be any confusion over which one people are talking about :)
