absolutely amazing results. Do any past/current intel boards (regardless of conroe support) have FSB >450?
coolaler ,congrats for the WRs !!!
Can you play with another memory divider ???
Incredible stuff here
...
sure like to see something other than superpi but most impressive I must say.
wow you put me in such a powerfull state of aww that i couldent move.Quote:

im confusing plz answer my question?
Very nice, no end is sight.
I think all benches will be owned by Intel very soon.
Coolaler, LN2 runnin??
indeed
4.5 Ghz, wow
I had high expectations but i'm still amazed
lol at Waus do you know what that means heheheheheh :DQuote:

Your on fire!
This is getting beyond insane.
Coolaler: is that an FSB wall I see at 450MHz? You don't seem to be moving up from that.
460mhz FSB ...Beyond Insane Downwrite unbelievable
good. god. Conroe is going to hit 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not believe this, this is amazing.
OMG. This is so :banana::banana::banana:ing fast!
It seems that the CPU is hitting the limit - or is it in fact the board/FSB?
WHat cooling are you using for the Northbridge?
Outstanding work!
hooollyyy smookkeee all this wuth out changing the stock volts ..damn this really got to be a dreammm....Can we say Conroe is on FFFFIIIRRREEEEEE:banana:
coolaler,
Fantastic work, AGAIN!!!!!! Thanks for sharing!
when I see stuff like this... I honestly don't even think AMD could possibly do anything to combat this thing...
with Conroes already getting near 5 ghz, and AMD still stuck at the 4 ghz mark... yet conroes are just destroying 4 ghz A64's even at much lower clocks... I can't even guess how a A64 can ever compete with these things... it would take like a 5 ghz A64 to even start...
Intel is just on fire with these things :)
Wow, a 90% overclock on a brand new architecture. LN2 or not, that is still quite a feat. This is equivalent to a 7.2Ghz P4 from a 3.8Ghz stock core, and Netbust was much more mature at that point.
My word, this is getting real crazy now :D
4.5GHz Conroe... Insane indeed :D
lol ducks 7.6ghz p4 did 17s...so it's more like a 9-10ghz p4:p:Quote:

I meant in terms of overclocking ability. Obviously, performance wise, a Conroe absolutely decimates the P4 in most tasks.Quote:

Before it is even released :D And not even XE yet ;)Quote:

Very true.Quote:

It would be interesting to see how another stepping would affect that power consumption and scability of Conroe though. With Cloverton being based on Woodcrest, a C0 stepping would help the entire Core family.Quote:

As far as your other examples, they aren't all that great. The Presler was more or less just a die shrink, so the architecture remained the same. Yonah, while a somewhat major architectural upgrade, had a FSB wall (which seemed to be chip-based, not MoBo based, but I could be wrong).
I'm not saying it's a miracle or anything, but it is still quite an achievement to have such early chips do so well when it comes to overclocking potential and associated stability. Computer simulations only tell you so much; how the silcon actually performs with real volts going through it is something else entirely. :)
if you get coolalers result in 1mx3 you get fx-62 stock if you have the best DDR2
OK, I gotta ask: what cooling on the NB and what PLL chip is on that board???? Cab you give me/us the PLL manufacturer/model please? 460FSB is crazy!
VERY awesome coolaler, I've never seen anything like it. I was never a big fan of MSI mobos, but this one looks unstoppable!
iterations where are you? Where's your chart? Add these scores!
4.5Ghz amazing
Awsome coolaler just awsome! Will we see some 3DMARKS soon? :D
congratulations ! :toast:
 xtreme ideed !!
shifting back to intel then :)
go where the power is !
:toast:
Well said! (man, your 26 are quite bad... look at mine... more than 100 mhz less and with TCCD)Quote:

damn I start to loose words for congratulations and my interest in this new generation of Pi times....great work, amazing, awesome, xtreme, insane...I've said everything at least ones...10s nearly reached...4.6GHZ...woooooooot

Awesome man, thanks for all the benches and info.
lets see the 10 sec before the end of the year
Unbelievable work there Coolaler :toast:
Now go get those 3Dmark WR's
I don't know if he can break records without real gpu overclocks. But I'd love to see his attempts.
Good luck Coolaler.
lets see it next week :)Quote:

NOT quite accurate.........At Coolaler's frequency the 10.xxxs it's easy with the Rams @ Cas 4-2-2-1 - agressive......or even - why not - at Cas 3-2-2-1.......;)Quote:

Amazing clocks and performance, congrats! :toast:
now lets see what it can do with TWO cards? :)
1 card... he is teasing us now :D
Dont even want to imagine what 3D 01 is going to be with 2 cards even on air
Please bench with Crossfire.
Added in future predictions based on conservative and aggressive trending.
definately something to see :)Quote:

come on... show us the 10sec ;) we know you already have it :toast:
congrats!
Gett some X1900XT Crossfire and show us some ORB ownage !
Absolutely insane coolaler. Do you think the mobo is hitting an FSB wall, or the memory? Your last few FSB bumps seem to be all about tweaking the timings.
Not bad.
10s or nothing :D
4:5 divider c00laler :D
xtrem for sure!
HA, HA, HA......Coolaler you're crazy dude........:D :toast:

Sure you can run the memory faster and with lower timings but it wont give much gain for 1M w/ Conroe.Quote:
