very nice leeghoofd, do you mind posting up your settings for that clock?
Hoooly s**t I needed 1.34V for mine to reach 4Ghz stable!!!!
damnit u guys are lucky to get E0s from the store... NO ONE here in canada sells E0s... And tankguys don't ship to canada :(
thx but I'm still looking for better, thx to Nilos for having me swap this one... other one was 1.25Vcore required for the same ops...

well just passed 20x intelburntest @ 422X9.5
at 1.35 is safe enough for a 24/7 bench test 1.362 is the max keep and eye on your temps as you bench it..a good thing is try to get your system dust free and build up in the fins of your heatsink and if you got alot of case fans keep the blades dusted off also as much as possible to keep good air flow:up:
heres my new e8500http://i37.tinypic.com/s41fnp.jpg
Trial and error mate, I set for 45nm 0.630 for both and test Vcore, then I try to set one notch Vcore lower and mess with GTL 's up and down... in my case core 1 always capped out, so I tried a bit higher and settled on 0.645... runs linpack test flawlessly and survived OCCT 2 hor CPU test too... stable enough for me... I'm no mathematician but I've read that most 45nm CPU's tend to like to be around 0.8...

BooStFeD ;change your coretemps TJmax to 100c
Nice to see another P5B Dlx :D
wut fsb and NB volts are you using ? also heres links to Core Temp 0.99.3 and OCCT Perestroïka 2.0.1 there updated with the 100 tjmax
have you tryed lower Multi and higher fsb ? my max and stable is 580 and it helps the mem in read and write and i didnt have to up the volts that much on the fsb and NB but mines a E8500 E0 idk if the E0 would help the fsb more worth a try
@BooStFeD
Whats your oc speed on your and volts you got volts on 2.1v or 2.0v it's goota be running loose..
I can't tighten my memory up to 4-4-4-12 unless the memory alittle Oc'd about 413 a stick..right
now it's at 991 oc'd at 2.0v...
@Dom7184
Brother you got a monster there:yepp: looks great hey got a question. I'm planning another build in 09 a water build..I been seacrhing around to if there

Dom Thank you for the links ;)
I have not tried higher fsb stability testing. Did post at 600*7 though. Bios NB settings is 1.45 and FSB is 1.30. Going to see if i can lower these more.
Just passed IntelBurnTest x5 will do x20 after some FarCry2.

Hi!
let me share some pics.

4ghz 1.136v burntest 5 pass: http://images.netbag.hu/20081028/21385172924.jpg
4.4ghz 1.32v occt 30 min: http://images.netbag.hu/20081028/21422790662.jpg
I hate my C0 4.2ghz needs 1.41 v core :(
4.1ghz isn't bad tho :)
Just got rid of my E8500 (C0) for an E8400 (E0) and the difference is already apparent. Waiting on a Biostar Tpower I45 to be able to test further than where I'm at. The IP35-E beta BIOS that works with E0 CPUs borked the MCH code, so you can't adjust the voltage; hence I can't go farther than this FSB.
3.8GHz, default Vcore (1.25v in BIOS, which is VID; 1.20v after Vdroop) ...this took +.04v from VID with my E8500.
