Good to see you again, Sam! :)
Which midrange cards are you thinking of exactly? Should be fast enough I guess, even at safe volts.

Congrats on your 3,500th post! :p:
Not looking for top end scores, maybe top 10 air per card would make me happy.
More like low-end, 4890/5770 but I also have 6950, 6970s on water and reference 7950s. The higher end stuff is going to go to a new home most likely in a week or two.
I need to send trans_am back his Tek-9 Slim unfortunately having been unable to make use of it.
Thanks! ^^
Good luck for your session! I hope you get a good chip!
6 year, 3 month old FSP PSU took a dump in my brother's computer overnight.
Which means another one is in order, and I have to pay for it.
Since I don't have enough cash for the hardware now I'll have to wait. trans_am's stuff still hasn't been shipped out either.
Grats mates !!! i put some extra points this month went first on my country of 87 and 2nd on enthusiast behind ace123 :)
cheers buds !
Sergio
go go go Ace and Andressergio:)
If I ever get tired of 32M I will start subbing again as I have been slacking lately, memory testing taking over lol
Hey fellas I appreciate the support. I will be making some 7990 submissions soon.
I'm looking forward to your 7990 submissions!
Good news is, Corsair CX600 I just threw into my brother's PC solved the problem. :)
Also, the PSU was on sale, $63 shipped with $20 MIR. :D
Gonna sell my HD 7950s and go nuts benching here in the future...
OH, by the way, I am in the process of buying the pot pictured to the left from Aaron Schradin. He messaged me a few weeks ago and asked me to ship it to him immediately as he had a buyer, but I was able to buy it instead. Gave him $80 down payment to be able to keep it for now.
Dumo and l0ud_sil3nc3 are both pushing hard on their MFR. Who will be the first to reach 2000 MHz memory clock for Team XS?

I can't believe how cheap the Z87X-OC is. I'll have to pick one up, and a 4770K :)
BBSE/PSC go very far on this platform? I've got a Patriot 2000 9-9-9-27 kit and 2200 CL7 Pi, and STT Hypers, no Hynix.
I start school tomorrow! 1 class on Mondays/Wednesday/Friday. :)
I can't believe I've called XS home for 4 1/2 years. I got here the year I started high school!
ASRock Z87M OCF and ASUS M6G are available at the same price and might be a good alternative.
PSC are very good, BBSE are clocking well, Hyper are clocking okay, but the performance isn't that good.
Good luck for your first day at school!

Come on andressergio lets take this!
I have Maximus VI Impact now with 4770K and Trident X 2666. At this point I have no idea what im doing with this setup and could use all the advice I can get!
Dumo, l0ud_sil3nc3 and andressergio are the experts for Haswell at the moment. Just ask in this thread or send them a PM. :)

Nice global points in Cinebench 2x, Crabby!
Thanks! I was so happy to get this cpu back that I stopped everything I was doing just to bench it hahaha. Last time I didn't get to do a lot of "testing" before I handed the newly build pc to my friend. :D I want to run Wprime but its not working with my os for some reason, gives an error on start.
Which OS are you running, looks like Win7 64bit? I know WPrime doesn't work on my nlited XP but it should work on all stock OSs... Which error do you get?
It just says "unexpected error; quitting" but I just ran as admin and it works. Yes it is w7 64bit.
That's a common problem for WPrime and PCMark on Win7, but as you found out running as admin fixes it.
