Your probably gonna hate me for this but...you could probably use your jigsaw for that. Dremel will melt it pretty good at any RPM.Quote:

What did you use to cut the side panels? I'm afraid that the dremel might melt the alu at any rpm, that is unless you've had success with it?
For most simple things, yea, that's all you'll need. From what I can find on the webs, you should get some 10-20 tooth count blades (looks like thin kerf) for the JS to use on the Acrylic.Quote:
