make sure you dont have winamp running and stuff
I get right there with a fresh reboot @ 221 2-2-2-5 single channel with winamp, msn, trillian, mbm5, and seti@home all going.... heh.

try with 2-2-2-11 it will boost your mem score :)
this is mine with twinmos PC 3200 mTech chipset, @ 248 FSB timing's 2.5-2-3-11, super bypass enable and cpu interface aggresive, vddr @ 3.15 volt
