then I try fsb 210, no way. May be 201-209 try can hit but I didn't try.
I made vdimm mod, and with 3.3V, fsb 235 1:1 2225 is stable, but fsb 240 is not.
There's quite a bit of information in this thread and maybe you guys can come to conclusion on this. What's the "best" TCCD ram to get? Kingston, Crucial, OCZ? Or what? Thanks!
Crucial doesn't have TCCD...
my HyperX ULK2/1G 2.8V !!
How are the Patriot 1 gig kits doing with 3.0+?
The max vdimm on my board is 2.9v but I can get 220 2-2-2-5 with that.Quote:

Run integer multi's to show bandwidth. :stick:
FYI ........
Just looked at my new my new Gskill RAM (gblE) and they
are all matching number TCCD chips mounted on Brainpower 808 PCB.
Hope to post comparrison with Bh-5 & Ch-5 in my nf2 board soon. :)
Seems to me that you guys are liking Gskill TCCD Rams. Where are you guys buying yours from? I can't seem to differentiate the ones from newegg. Thanks!

LOL, that wasn't what i meant, you're using 11,5 multi which in turn puts in a divider for the mem.
Your mem is running 3292/12=274,3MHz
Running whole multi's has the the mem running 1:1 ;)
Sorry for the repetitive questions on the TCCD Ram's. I think I'll just pay a little more and get OCZ rams. Is this the OCZ ram with TCCD modules?

Thanks.
I just got an OCZ 4200EL Platinum kit (2x512MB) in the mail yesterday. With my previous TCCD RAM I couldn't get over 245 with the FX-55 and a Neo2. I don't have a DDR booster and I think the board is undervolting a bit.
Haven't really had the time to play yet but it had no trouble with 10x260 running Prime95 all night. Can't want to spend some more time finding the RAMs limits.
Latest Edit: Current setup:
vdimm=2.85V (but think it's undervolting)
10x270
2.5-3-3-10, 1T
I tested 275 and it was ok if I went to 3-3-3-10.

Look at the last letter in the part number. According to many OCer posts, andQuote:

Take a look at this......Everest vs cpuid at 11.5 multi x 294 in biosQuote:

which gives mem of 281.75 (3381/12).
.5 multi's result in the memory divider being the next WHOLE number up. The memory divider does not support .5 multi's.
I've been following this thread very closely, A friend told me about these new samsung chips so I thought I would look into them. I brought some cheap patriot ram a while back and noticed that it used the bp 808 pcb.

I wonder why they decided to use the 815 pcb with their tccd memory, I was dead set on there xbl sticks but all the pcb confusion has put me off them
Hesky
The 808 and 815 based modules should perform about the same. There was
some speculation that the 808 OCed better but there has been no real basis to
favor one over the other. More luck of the draw.
Get the Gskill "E" if you want the fastest and don't want those silly useless
heatspreaders, and PDP/Patriot if you want to save a few bucks. The difference
in performance will likely be quite small in the grand scheme of things.
Hello,
The Gskill TCCD can make 300 MHz 2.5-3-3-5 for good stick !
Witch other mark can make this ?
Thanks :toast:
