I got 100% oc with my E6300/P5K Deluxe (533 x 7 = 3.73GHz), the same FSB as with my P5B vanilla previously, un-modded on air. I didn't try to go any higher or to reduce voltages, tighten timings, ect. This Crucial 10th Anniv. ram runs fine at 612MHz 5-5-5-18. Oddly, the 533MHz default timings for my Crucial Ballistix PC6400 was 5-7-7-24, while the Crucial 10th Anniv. PC5300 default is 5-5-5-24 at the same 533MHz.
I`ve got some results over 100%
For example:
1. Pentium 4 651 Cedarmill - 7910 MHz - 133% - http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=243464
2. Celeron 347 Cedarmill - 6457 MHz - 110% - http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=194617
3. Core2Duo E6320 - 4010 MHz - 115% - http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=202373
4. Celeron 420 Conroe-L - 131% - http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=228895
and tjday I`ve got 430 Celeron at 3664 MHz, that is also above 100% (verifications later)

It does go a couple of MHz further as well, but by then I was concentrating too much on filming and taking screenshots rather than verification files. :)

3.8ghz with E2160, Cooled with TRUE
@Kolapso - thanks :)
@pL4ciD - the highest stable FSB (for SuperPi :D) with E4400 was about ~410MHz.
About this Celeron, it's a strange one :). It can run @ 3.2GHz rock stable
undervoltaged at 1.2625v, but it can't go higher than, somewhat, 3250MHz, independently of voltage.
I'll try BSEL mod, but I doubt it'll go any higher.
So, 420's wall was at something like 405MHz.
@redratamd & Nelson92 - nice work, guys :)
