Is it possible to flash BIOS from 1 GB to 768 MB card?

Not as far as I know. I'm pretty sure you need to use a smililar bios for each (768mb bios for 768mb card etc).

here is my MSI GTX460 Hawk Talon Attack bios (default 811/3900)
I need only GPU voltage unlocked to 1.212, mem set to 4000 and fan unlock
can u mod it for me?

I want same stock clocks, 715/3600, but i want modified 3d gpu voltage from 0.9875v(stock) to 1.012v. And let the voltage limit to 1.087v(don't remove the voltage cap).
A friend has a little boot issues.
3d voltage is also the boot voltage , no?

Here is my Gigabyte GTX460 1GB OC original F11 bios. Could you unlock the max voltage and set the min fan speed to 30% ?

Can i use the MSI HAWK bios on my standard Colorfull gtx460 1 MB vidcard, or is this bios only for the MSI HAWK cards.
If not ...what is the best bios for me to use on my card ?
Allready tried the EVGA bios, and it worked, but didn't notice any change..

I would say thats not a good idea, the hawk, and the colorfull have very different PCB's
