that would have been my second guess.......but i have some sammies HFCO by kingston here and the 2000 speed is 1.65v rated.

According to Tom's, they did 1333MHz 6-6-5 at 1.9v and 1720MHz at 9-9-9 with the same 1.9v. Samsungs indead? It's difficult finding anything more on them :(
D9GTS/D9GTR came in 2GB double sided modules

I've never been a fan of Tom's and do doubt their results are the best achievable.
They're quite old modules, the review was done in September 2008.
Do you know offhand which Kingstons are definitely Hypers? I'd PREFER D9s as they just keep lasting (my kit lives between 1.95v and 2.2v with constant 24/7 load - WCG) but if the above turn out not to be D9s I'll settle for Hypers. Unless someone knows D9s that are still available, of course... 4GB 1600MHz 6-6-6 is what I'm wanting! - on a tightish budget. $200 is around the most I want to spend.
That test is the only one I found as well, all the results aren't really great and they aren't helping to determine which chips are used. :(
I know D9 came in 2GB stick flavour as well, but those are rare and insanely priced most of the time. Afaik I only know CSX using them on one of their kits.
There were some HCF0 rated for 1.9V by Kingston according to r00n's ramlist.
The earliest thread I could find where HCF0 was mentioned to be used on new 4GB kits is dated August 2008. So I guess they are Samsung, but really not sure to be honest.
As far as I know, only the 2000C8 and 2133C8 ( 1.65V ) kits use Hyper chips at Kingston, maybe the 1866C9 ( 1.65V ) kit as well.
Of course that has to be the only RAM which costs MORE than GTX2s in South Africa :rotf:
Of course they're almost $300 here
1.35v is stock on the Kingstons??
Guy how good is this memory CMG4GX3M2A1600C6 - DOMINATOR GT I bought it for 245.00 from D&H. I am going to use it in my new rig....
Are d9gtr sticks good enough for serious benching, or do I have to look for newer kits?:)
Depends on whether or not you're scared of voltage :p: It takes me 2.25v or more to get 850MHz 6-6-6
The question is if it's a voltage issue at all...
I wonder if TRP 4 helps on these chips? gtr sticks can do that:)
TRP 4 won't bring much over TRP 6 if anything. chew* said trp5 is slower in 32M than trp6. I'd rather stick with Hyper equipped ram than D9. Where D9 needs 2.25V Hypers can do the same or better with a mere 1.65V.
Hey, I've maxxed out every board I have except DDR3, I'm getting ideas now...
4.13v DDR? Check
3.375v DDR2? Check
2.?v DDR3? Hmmm... I wonder :hrhr:
Just an update to my previous Gskill Eco runs, got them to 1675Mhz 6-7-6-18-1T 1.575Vdimm
wow that's pretty good ECO's.. I haven't try CL6 on my ECO. Are these settings stable cecil?
