Although we were expecting to receive your product on 10/30,
unfortunately the item has been delayed. At this time we have yet to
receive a new estimated shipping date from the manufacturer, but we are
expecting an update in a few days. Our apologies for the continued delay

I could have waited for the card since I'm not in a rush. Their price is excellent, but I decided to go ahead and cancel since I'm just not thrilled about having to use the stock cooler in my very cool and quiet main rig. So I'll maybe consider the palit version.
