I just got my RMA'd 6400+ back. Although it's not a Black Edition, doesnt matter anyway, Im quite curious how it will go. It will take a while before I test it though.

Very nice overclock crowncobra :) Batch number or "stepping" is only printed on top of your cpu, it can not be found with software.

what is the difference between the 6400+ standard and 6400+BE sence the multi is locked on it? been wondering this.
the 6400 be comes with no hsf and has the 4x multiplier available, the normal 6400+ has a hsf in the package and can only drop to 5x multi.
that is it.
