Hey guys I was curious I couldn't find dimentions in here for the overall block height and channel depth, and base thickness? I am just curious of the dimensions you guys used.

Good news, my main man LD pm'ed me today, the Slovenian customs have agreed to release the evaps to him on monday (fingers crossed)...

At last. Im so torn. This and get Ssliencers man to make an encloser for it, Chilly jobby moden version, grrr!!!
HI Pete,
Ron sorted the enclosure's for me, so all is well...

Looks of an enclosure do not matter to me on a benching cascade ;).. In this instance practicality and ease of use is the order of the day. Plus Ron's a pleasure to do business with, best I've dealt with so far.
I also prefer the conventional donut mount for cpu's too, rather than the fancier types (i've tried both and would use the donut mounts like Kayls over anything else, so easy to get a good seal).
Let's see what happens when we get her going..

Raja
Hope the evaporator arrive as fast as possible. I look forward already to it. :D

Whats the crack then boys? Has anyone got one running yet and the Sloveslet LD have his toy?
Took me a while to read through :) Going to have to try one myself :) The pattern does look awfully familiar (improved obviously). I've got some idea that might make it better but will have to see first hand on how it performs to decide if it is worth making the cost go up any further than needed. Ya hear me Ron? :)
@toaste, LardArse any more tests, did anyone here in EU test those evaps on load testers or something....
@Pete: Evap is still not here.
Regards
P.S: I think iwill be the first one when i got it.
~ -44°C @ 2x 250watt.
i think the thermometer is :banana::banana::banana:. i need an other one.
Thats GPU only, not yet had one bar Ron on a CPU both dual and quad
Well, I hope to get one from Ron shortly and give full review of it (maybe not formal but I have enough data to compare with for most things).
I am rather looking forward to it as I think while evap temp might be similar, the delta from load block to evap probably is better :) It's bit disheartening to see sometimes 20c+ delta on evap vs my load tester.
evaps is nice but i dont like mounting
Mounting may not be fancy but it's using some materials that are extremely good for this purpose :) Foam for example has very low thermal conductivity vs what's used in vapochill systems. You really won't need heater and I bet it will work decently with cascade too (most likely your mobo will start sweating if insulation isn't done right before you see the coldness through that foam :P) Also, it makes it much easier to deal with different evaps with different type of cap tubing entering and being able to rotate head freely even in case of chilly1 style evap :)
What's new in rev.2 Ron.?
Hey guys,
it would be nice, if you confirm my emails. So that I know about the current status. :)
Thank you!
Rev3 going out for testing:)
This has 6mm base and 11mm channel depth and 170g wt as well as center captube
as opposed to 3mm base and 8mm channel depth and 113g wt and center suction of Rev2 ( on the right )
Same assembly process will apply.
Goal is to get a cascade and a quad @-100 with 1.85+V and 5.5+MHz
Oh well, it's only a goal:D

Heck of a goal. Mines going a SS, hoping to achieve similar numbers. :P
